EXCHANGE SCHEME FOR DIAMOND JEWELRY
- While placing an order of a product please check the applicability of Exchange policy for such product as Exchange policy is NOT APPLICABLE for all products / product categories.
- We offer Exchange for the products sold only in India subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department for the product free from any sort of damage / wear / alteration / re-size etc. The decision by the Quality Assurance Department shall be Final and binding for any sort of Exchange Scheme.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
For Exchange:
100% Gold value, 90% Diamond value (Exchange)
For Buyback:
100% of Gold value and 80% of Diamond Value Terms and conditions apply*
- In case of exchange, Valuations will be based on the current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and stone) and doesn't cover manufacturing charges and/or taxes.
- In case of buyback, valuation of gold will be based on the gold rate charged on purchase of the product and valuation of Diamond will be based on the current market value of the stone.
- The prevailing market value of your jewellery will be determined by Ayanika. An indicative valuation will be provided based on specifications provided by the customer, however, the final valuation might be subject to change as per quality check, completed only after the product is received and tested by Ayanika. The gold rate for exchange will be considered as is on the date of receipt of the product by www.Ayanika.com
- Payment from buy back will be only via bank transfer to the customer's bank account within a period of 10 working days, after quality check and valuation of the said product(s) is confirmed by the customer.
- In case of Exchange, the value of the product will be credited to the customers Ayanika wallet after confirmation of the value proposed by Ayanika to the customer. Once the amount is credited to the account the customer can purchase products available on www.ayanika.com. If the value of the new product purchased is more than the exchange value credited in the wallet then the balance amount has to be paid by the customer. If the value of the new product purchased is less than the amount credited to the customer then the balance amount remains in the customer's wallet which can be used for future purchase.
- Shipping charges of Rs.800 will be borne by the customer for all jewellery under this policy.
- Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by any jeweller other than www.ayanika.com) or mishandling leading to reduction in metal weight or stone weight as mentioned in the invoice shall be reduced from the final weight of metal and stones in valuation.
- This feature is not available for International orders (shipped abroad from India).
- Buyback will apply only in cases where the invoice value is less than 2 lacs.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- For any sort of Exchange or Buyback we shall require the following:
- Original Product
- Original/Copy of Invoice
- Product Certificate (If any)
- Details: PAN Card, Aadhar, Address, Bank details and a mail / letter for such request raised.
- In case of Shipment of product to us under the Exchange Scheme the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small box or a padded envelope.
- In case of Re-Shipping the Products under Exchange Scheme the products need to be shipped with our Shipping Partners only.

- If the new product costs more, the balance amount must be paid by the customer.
- If the new product costs less, the remaining balance stays in the customer’s wallet for future use.
Are there any shipping charges for exchange or buyback?
Yes, shipping charges of Rs.800 will be borne by the customer for all jewelry under this policy.
